The transmission equipment and lifting equipment of the conveyor belt are installed under the desktop. The air cushion equipment is composed of bellows, air ducts, fans, etc.

   When cutting the glass sheet, start the fan, turn over the windpipe gate, use the fan to blow into the windbox, the air in the windbox overflows from the small hole on the desktop, forms an air cushion, and holds the glass sheet up, so as to adjust the position of the glass sheet and avoid the scratch on the surface of the glass. Close the windpipe gate when cutting the glass, and the glass sheet falls on the desktop.

   The cutting bridge of automatic glass cutting machine is a metal structure bridge across the cutting table. It supports the metal guide rail of the cutting table vertically and laterally. The guide rail on its side is equipped with a cutter wheel for cutting glass. The raw material of the cutter wheel is carbide. It is mounted on a rotating shaft, which is mounted at the end of the cylinder piston rod. The shaft and cylinder are equipped at the beginning of cutting.

    The computer control box and the computer control box are the automatic control cabinet of the gathering equipment. In operation, only the number, standard and shape of glass cut are input into the computer by keyboard, and the cutting machine can complete the cutting operation according to the computer instructions.
