1, turn on the power control switch, and the power indicator light is on. The voltage should be between 380V~400V, indicating that the power is connected.

2. Press the "heating", "water pump" and "rotation" buttons respectively, and there is hot temperature at the exit of the glass; there is water uniformly flowing out at the lower water tank of the machine; all the rotating rolls in the machine run smoothly, the fan blows, the chain rotates steadily, and there is no abnormal noise. Run without load for 10 minutes, after all is normal, close the sprinkler pipe on the upper side of the suction roll. Switch, then wash the glass to be cleaned.

3, equipment in normal operation if abnormal conditions should be pressed "emergency stop" switch.

Three, matters needing attention:

1, before use, the absorbent roller must be soaked with water.

2, the size of the cleaned glass should not be less than 40 * 40 cm, and the maximum width should not be the length of the super absorbent roller.

3, equipment stop state, strictly prohibit adjusting speed of motor.

4. The temperature is below 0 degrees. After the work is finished, the water must be put in the water pump and the water pipe.

5, the operation speed of equipment is generally based on the basic drying of the cleaned glass.
